Cuervo needed a social TOV that balanced partying with tequila tradition, so I stepped in to give it the attitude it deserved—smooth and authentic like Cuervo Traditional (100% agave, not the infamous Especial from college house parties).

Despite a minimal budget, we achieved remarkable results by integrating motion design and generative A.I. The Cuervo team even leaned into us for experiential thinking, creating foundational activations for the core brand and major partnerships. These are some of my favorite campaigns and content:

Jose Cuervo: The Pride of Jalisco

To celebrate their 250-year legacy, we brought Cuervo a proactive idea for Hispanic Heritage Month.

We saw how proud the locals were of their favorite resource, so we created an ode to agave set on Cuervo’s La Rojeña distillery in Jalisco, where passionate jimadors tame the ancient plant.

 

Cuervo Cristalino: Cristalino Nights

Cuervo throws massive Cristalino parties across the country, so we brought consumers right into the action on social. We even got to build some high impact OOH in partnership with the UFC to bring fans closer to one of our smoothest tequilas to date.

 

Cuervo RTS Margs: Mixed So You Can Mingle

We prepped thirsty spirits drinkers for a summer full of sun and fun, positioning our RTS (ready-to-serve) margs as the key to keeping your head in the party.

 

Cuervo Tradicional: Always-on

We kept the content coming non-stop, implementing exciting ideas for the spirits category. From tabletop serve shoots to getting crafty with AI, we collaborated with the Cuervo team to shape a social identity worthy of such a storied brand.

What would a Tequila brand be without sweet recipes to salivate over? Gin. Because Gin is terrible.
