Here's the deal when it comes to rain. No matter how much you might say you hate it, it pails in comparison to snow, and the fluffy white inconvenience that it provides. This is because of the sole fact that snow is only fluffy and white in this city for all of a few hours. It then proceeds to soak up all the filth that cakes these familiar streets. This is why I have an affinity for rain, and I am aggressively continuing to build my appreciation for it. Don't get me wrong, snow can be great... when you aren't in NYC.
